Alexandra Artourovna Yatchenko, known professionally as Sasha Alex Sloan, is an American singer-songwriter. Born on 11 March, 1995, she grew up outside of Boston and taught herself to play piano. She gained recognition for her songwriting skills, penning hits for other artists before launching her own career. Her music is often characterized by its introspective and emotionally candid lyrics.

Sasha Alex Sloan was previously signed with RCA Records, through which she released her early EPs and her first two albums. As of March, 2023, she announced her departure from RCA Records, becoming an independent artist. Her recent album, “Me Again,” released in 2024, was put out independently, distributed through avenues like Hills Artists / Virgin Music.
